Frequently Asked Questions
What are the prints like and what are the finishing options?
Matte Paper Print (unframed): Printed with professional 12-ink technology at over 1200 DPI for unparalleled definition and color fidelity. It has a classic, elegant, glare-free finish. If you decide to frame it in the future, matte paper does not stick to the glass, allowing it to be easily removed or changed without damage. We use high-quality, durable, sturdy paper (170–190 gsm weight).
Framed Option (optional): Elegant frame made of sturdy black MDF, with a modern and timeless style. It is lightweight and safe: it features a protective front made of lightweight plastic, which offers the full transparency of glass but with greater safety against breakage and a much lower weight for easy hanging.
How do the physical prints arrive?
Framed prints are shipped carefully packed with special corner protection and bubble wrap to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, ready to hang.
