These terms govern the purchase of physical products and the supply of digital files. Purchases may be made by individuals of legal age with the capacity to enter into a contract, or by those validly acting on behalf of a company or professional. Consumer status depends on the actual purpose of the purchase and applicable law; requesting an invoice does not, in itself, eliminate that status.

Physical deliveries are made within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The initial offering of digital downloads is directed at customers located in those territories. Shipping is not initially offered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or internationally. This territorial limitation does not establish discrimination based on nationality and will be applied in compliance with relevant mandatory regulations.

Products and Characteristics Each product page identifies what is included in the price, its characteristics, and the available options. Prints are sold with or without a frame depending on the selected variant. The sizes and finishes available in the catalog are standard options; preparing or assembling the product after the order is placed does not, by itself, imply customization.

Products identified as digital are delivered via download and do not include a physical item, print, or frame. They do not include subsequent customization work. The product page specifies the format, resolution, file size, and relevant technical requirements. The license is for personal and non-commercial use, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The wallpaper bundle is delivered as a ZIP file containing PNG images of 1290 x 2796 pixels. A device capable of downloading and extracting ZIP files and opening PNG images is required. The number of images and the size of the ZIP file are stated on the product page. The license allows you to keep the files, use them as wallpapers on your own devices, and make necessary backup copies. It does not authorize reselling, publicly sharing, redistributing, or incorporating them into commercial products, campaigns, or services. Express authorization must be requested for any other uses. Uses permitted by law remain in full force.

Images show the design and its presentation. Screens may produce slight color variations, but this does not justify delivering a product that differs from its description or fails to meet the contracted characteristics. Lifestyle or room-setting photographs may include decorative elements that are not part of the purchase; the product page specifies what is included in the delivery.

Price and Payment Methods Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Standard shipping for physical products to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is included in the price. Digital downloads have no shipping costs. Before confirming your order, the total amount is displayed, including any discounts and any additional options you have expressly selected.

You may pay using the methods shown as available on the checkout screen. Taking out financing is not required to make a purchase. Where third-party payment services are offered, their terms will be displayed before you select them, without limiting your rights against the seller.

You may pay by bank transfer. You will receive instructions on how to complete the transfer. Order preparation and supply will begin after confirmation that the payment has been received. An order pending payment does not enable digital downloads. Any payment deadline or the consequences of failing to pay will be communicated prior to confirming the order.

How to Place an Order Select the product and, for physical items, the size and frame option; add it to your cart and review the quantities, price, and terms. Enter the details required for the purchase and correct any errors before confirming. For digital files, you will be able to separately express your choice regarding the start of supply during the withdrawal period.

The purchase is formalized when you confirm the order using the button that unambiguously indicates an obligation to pay. Afterward, you will receive an email with your order number, products, amount, and applicable terms in a durable format that you can keep. If payment is pending, the message will indicate this. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us.

We retain order information for the periods necessary to manage the order and fulfill our legal obligations. You may request a copy via the contact email. You may save these terms prior to contracting. Contracting may be carried out in the languages enabled on the store; Spanish (Castellano) is available.

Future changes in price or terms do not affect orders already contracted. If we detect a lack of availability, a payment issue, or a material error, we will inform you and apply the appropriate legal remedy. We will not change the product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Physical Delivery and Digital Supply Physical delivery will be carried out in accordance with the Shipping Policy and within the timeframe communicated prior to purchase. Liability for loss or damage during transit remains with the seller until you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the product, subject to the legal exceptions for carriers commissioned independently by the buyer.

Digital files are provided via a download link once payment is confirmed and in accordance with the selected supply start option. If you request immediate supply, access is enabled without undue delay following payment. If you do not request immediate supply, the files will be supplied once the withdrawal period expires. If the link does not arrive or does not work, write to info@unporciento.art with your order reference.

You will receive the information necessary to access the file. Any download limits, link expiration dates, or technical requirements will be indicated on the product page prior to purchase. Issues attributable to the store will be resolved free of charge by providing access or a conforming file, as applicable.

Right of Withdrawal and Legal Guarantees If you make a purchase as a consumer, you generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract, under the terms set out in the Return and Refund Policy. For physical products, the period is counted from receipt of the goods; for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, from the conclusion of the contract. The legal exceptions described in that policy apply, including digital supply initiated in compliance with the statutory requirements of prior express consent and confirmation.

For new physical goods, we are liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within three years. For digital content supplied in a single act, the liability period is two years from supply, without prejudice to other applicable legal obligations, including any corresponding updates.

You may request, free of charge, that the goods or digital content be brought into conformity and, where the legal requirements are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. For physical goods, repair or replacement will be carried out in accordance with the law, free of any necessary shipping, material, or labor costs for the consumer. Losing the right of withdrawal for a digital download does not eliminate this statutory warranty protection.

Business Purchases and Invoicing If you make a purchase exclusively for your trade, business, or profession, the consumer withdrawal regime and statutory consumer warranty do not automatically apply. The rights applicable under the contract and civil or commercial law remain in force. Any additional commercial returns must be expressly agreed upon. A business purchase does not grant a commercial license over digital files.

Please provide accurate details for invoicing. Consumers have the right to receive a paper invoice free of charge. Electronic invoices will be issued with your consent, which may be revoked at any time by contacting us.

Inquiries and Complaints You may contact us at info@unporciento.art, by phone at +34 624 854 989, or by post at Calle San Pascual 157, bajo, 03181 Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain. We will provide acknowledgment of your complaint and respond as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 15 days from its submission.

If we do not reach a resolution, you may turn to the competent public consumer authorities and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies. We will provide you with the legally required information regarding the relevant ADR entity and our participation in the procedure. Access to the ordinary courts of law remains available at all times.

Spanish law applies, without depriving you of the mandatory legal protection to which you are entitled as a consumer. The courts and tribunals determined by applicable law shall have jurisdiction; these terms do not impose a jurisdiction on consumers other than that established by law.

Shopify Network Intelligence We use Shopify Network Intelligence. To provide its enhanced services, Shopify processes information about your visits and purchases and may combine it with data from your interactions with other merchants and with Shopify. These features may include security, personalization, and advertising, subject to applicable consents and other legal requirements. To provide these services, information is shared with Shopify and participating providers, which may be located in other countries.
