Consumer Right of Withdrawal If you make a purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without stating a reason within 14 calendar days. For physical products, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If a single order includes multiple goods delivered separately, the period is counted from the receipt of the last item. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the period is counted from the conclusion of the contract, unless the right has been validly waived under the terms explained below.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires. You do not need our prior approval to exercise your decision.

Return of Physical Goods After communicating your withdrawal, you must send back or hand over the products to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the package before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the product due to withdrawal. You may choose an appropriate shipping service for its transport. If the product is defective, incorrect, or has suffered damage for which we are responsible, we will bear the necessary costs to bring it into conformity in accordance with the law.

You may inspect the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary. No fixed penalties or restocking fees apply for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Please use packaging that protects the print or frame. Keeping the original packaging helps do so, but its absence does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. Include a reference that allows us to identify the purchase; the original receipt is not exclusively required if the order can be verified by other means.

Refunds We will reimburse all payments received from you for the purchase from which you withdraw, including standard delivery costs where applicable, without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If you expressly chose a type of delivery more expensive than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, the additional difference will not be refunded. For orders with free/included shipping, no outbound shipping cost that was not originally charged will be deducted later.

We may withhold reimbursement for physical goods until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest, unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise to a method that does not incur any fees for you. Any additional bank processing time does not alter our obligation to issue the refund order within the legal timeframe.

Digital Files and Immediate Supply Purchasing a digital file does not automatically eliminate the right of withdrawal. If you request its supply during the 14-day withdrawal period, the right will only be lost when performance has begun with your prior express consent, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with the confirmation required by law on a durable medium.

If these requirements are not met, you retain the right of withdrawal under the legal terms. If you do not request immediate supply, delivery will take place once the withdrawal period has expired. Where a valid withdrawal applies to digital content already supplied, you must refrain from using it and from making it available to third parties, in accordance with the law.

Losing the right of withdrawal does not affect your legal rights regarding files that are not delivered, cannot be used as advertised, or present a lack of conformity. Please contact us to resolve any issue.

Customized Products and Business Purchases Our current catalog does not include custom work made to the buyer's individual specifications. Choosing between standard sizes or frames and assembling the product after the order is placed do not, by themselves, exclude the right of withdrawal. If in the future we offer a product genuinely made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, you will be informed of the applicable legal exception prior to contracting.

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to purchases made exclusively within the scope of a trade, business, or profession. Any additional commercial return must be expressly agreed upon, without prejudice to any applicable rights regarding breach of contract.

Photographs can be helpful, but filing a claim is not conditional upon providing photos or notifying us within 24–72 hours. New physical goods are covered by a three-year legal guarantee of conformity, and digital content supplied in a single act is covered for two years, under the terms set out in the Terms of Sale.

Returns due to withdrawal and remedies for lack of conformity are separate legal rights. We will handle each request according to its nature, without replacing a statutory right with a store voucher unless you freely accept it where permitted.
